ABOUT BROOKE ROBBINS

I turn ideas into something that works.

My career has taken me across growth, operations, commercial and brand strategy across a range of industries. The recurring work has been making sense of an unfamiliar problem, deciding where to focus, and helping people move it forward.

My operating background

I started my career at Republic, where I built the portfolio-management function and led a team of three supporting a portfolio of more than 700 companies. The work included improving onboarding, making support more effective, building a founder community, and creating systems that gave the team time back.

At Gordian, I led the team responsible for new business, revamping our sales and implementation process and go-to-market strategy. At Disco, I worked on positioning, go-to-market, and a Bloomberg partnership held at 100% retention.

I've also worked with teams on fractional operations and GTM work across the US and Dubai.

I graduated from Columbia University and received a Fulbright grant to Taiwan. A deep passion for research, writing, and curiosity about how other people see the world have stayed with me throughout my career.

Why I built The Well Path

I started The Well Path as a podcast in 2024. It began as a place to explore the questions I kept returning to:

Why do we make the decisions we make? How do we define "wellbeing"? What does it look like to build a life that feels truly aligned?

Over time, it grew into a larger movement: essays, an audience, community events, and a space to build new things.

Growing the Instagram account from 400 to 34,000 followers in ten months gave me direct experience in earning attention, developing a recognizable voice, and learning from what people respond to.

It also gave me more questions to investigate:

What makes an idea travel? What makes someone feel understood? How do you preserve your judgment while listening carefully to feedback?

What I’m exploring now

I’m co-creating the Brain Gym with my good friend Shweta: a series of short exercises for people who want to keep practicing independent thought in the age of AI.

I also work with founders through brand sprints and content strategy engagements, bringing together my experience in positioning, audience development, and execution.

Across both, I want to make my thinking visible: the choices, the tradeoffs, and what the work teaches me.
